How old do I need to be to start driver's ed?

You must be at least 15.5 before you start the online drivers ed course.

When can I start my behind-the-wheel lessons?

You can start driving lessons at any time with a valid learner permit or driver's license. You can schedule driving lessons on our website once you are registered and have paid in full. 

If you are under 21, you must complete the driver's ed class before starting behind-the-wheel lessons. 

Do you offer home pick-up and drop off?

Yes, we do offer home pick-up and drop-off. However, you must choose the package that includes this option. 

Do you offer school pick-up and drop-off?

We do offer school pick-up and drop-off for the following schools:

  • Circleville High School
  • Logan Elm High School
  • Logan High School
  • Teays Valley High School
  • Unioto High School
  • Westfall High School
  • Zane Trace High School

*Note- you must choose the package that includes pick-up and drop-off services. Otherwise, pick-up and drop-off will only be at our office location.

How long does it take to complete driver's ed?

The completion time depends on age, scheduling flexibility, and instructor availability. Typically, each student completes the classroom portion and behind-the-wheel lessons within six to eight weeks. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout, including all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Cash and check, and Zelle.

What if I forgot my username or password?

You can reset your username or password on our website by clicking the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link on the login page.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

If you fail to cancel your behind-the-wheel instruction within 24 hours, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. 

*Since our office is closed on Sundays, to cancel a lesson that is scheduled for Monday, you must do so before or on Saturday.

Do I need to have my permit to start driver's ed?

You do not have to have your permit to begin driver's education. You can begin driver's ed when you are 15 years and 5 months old. 

You must have your permit before you can start your behind-the-wheel lessons.

Do you accept payment plans?

We do accept payment plans for our classroom and behind-the-wheel packages with a deposit. Following that, your balance will be split across 3 months. You have to be paid in full before you are eligible to complete your behind-the-wheel lessons. 

If you purchase behind-the-wheel sessions as a stand-alone service, you are not eligible for a payment plan.

What is your refund policy?

If Conrad Driving Academy is able to complete the service you purchased, no refund will be issued.
